Each Sunday will offer you a sweet pocket of time each week for self-exploration and nourishment of the body and heart-mind. The course includes loving home play to bring the beautiful feeling of these sessions into your daily life. We will also have a private online forum to stay in touch with each other between classes and to share inspiration and our experiences.

Radical Self Care - requires you to have some previous yoga experience. It is open to anyone who wants to dive deeper into their own personal & spiritual practices. .
Total cost £108
To reserve your place on the course, a 50% deposit of £54 is required, with the final £54 payment in to be paid in full before the course start date.
OR a personalised payment plan (following on from course deposits) is available with payments to be completed before the final session. Some of our students use crowdfunding as a way to help raise money for course fees. If you would like help with this or any other aspect of financing the course, please get in touch.
A portion of the course income goes to support the work of the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation’s wonderful charity work.
