Heartfullness Meditation Training

A new on-line Foundation Course from Heart Of Living Yoga is starting in January 2025, which will be led by Padma Devi and assisted by Vishwam & Prem Devi.

        HEARTFULLNESS
         Heart Meditation
       Facilitator Training

A 6 month on-line course deepening your own meditation practice, exploring the chakra system and the philosophy of yoga which enables you to guide and facilitate meditation for individuals and groups.  Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Heart Meditation Facilitator diploma, but more importantly you will have deepened into your own wisdom and compassion which enables you to hold space for others.

Exceptionally, this course will be guided by Padma Devi, the founder of Heart Of Living Yoga, and supported by Vishwam Gurudas and Prem Devi, both  senior teachers and trainers for many years. Your time commitment is one weekend a month for 6 months, plus home play of radical self care and a daily meditation practice.  You will have all the support of the tutors as well as your buddy group and access to recordings of training weekends as well as your own online course community group.
