It seems the whole world is changing and these times could be a tremendous opportunity to transform our lives. Dedicating time to practices that help us stay peaceful, gentle and compassionate can help us to be there for others as they face uncertainty and challenge. And, of course, we benefit, too!
This six week course will provide you with the skills to tune in directly to that peace which is always within you. Through Heart Meditation, we can rediscover our original innocence, wholeness and a deep capacity to listen to ourselves, each other and Nature. The course will also include breathing practices (pranayama) to help you calm and focus the mind as well as increasing overall vitality and wellbeing.
We will have a private online forum to share recordings, inspiration and mutual support. There will also be time during our weekly online gatherings to check in and share how we are doing. Together we will create a space where everyone is able to be held, supported and included through these times of transformation.
The course is open to complete beginners as well as those wishing to go deeper into the stillness of heart-mind meditation.
