We are delighted to offer a wide range of events including yoga classes, daily meditations, deep relaxations, heart of healing circles, satsangs, kirtan and more. Please have a look and see if anything is calling your heart.
Our events are mostly on Zoom, a simple to use program, which you can download here. All classes and events are listed below by the day of the week with UK times. If you need help finding what you are looking for or have any requests for anything that might help you and other, please let us know.
If you are wanting to join a yoga class and have any health conditions or injuries PLEASE get in touch with the teacher well in advance of the class to ask if it is suitable or can be adapted for you. Thank you!

9:30-10:15am Tuesdays Yoga for Stress Relief with sandhya
If you haven’t done much exercise and want to get moving again, this is the class for you. Students are usually around 50-60 years old, whatever your age you are very welcome. You will be encouraged to go at your own pace and listen to your body and different levels will be offered so you can take the easy or harder one Every class includes a 15 minute relaxation to give your body and soul the rest is deserves.

Gentle Heart Yoga with Vishwam
For anyone new to yoga or those who like to take it easy, this class may be for you! You will learn simple, enjoyable movements which will help you let go of anxiety or stress and rediscover ease and comfort in body and mind. All welcome!

Heart Of Living Yoga Hatha Classes with Harshani
These classes offer a profound experience of healing peace and vitality, restoring you to your natural vibrancy. Harshani is the lead trainer on our Heart Of Healing courses and an experienced yoga teacher.

Experience supportive community in this heart-centred meditation and writing group. Each week, we share heart meditation, free writing and space to share with each other in small, encouraging groups. Advanced booking required for six week blocks.

Guided healing circle evening seated &/or lying down to receive healing & share it with the world. Please arrive 5 minutes beforehand with a comfortable resting place pre-set with pillows & blankets for extra comfort & ease. Healing intention for the highest good of all, including ourselves.

Relax, calm and create a sense of balance with this Hatha yoga class. Learn the poses whilst reducing stress and anxiety. We won't ask you to look like a pretzel. This is for any shape and any size. Come if you want to feel more comfortable in your body.
