Emerson College is an unique community college which invites us to be close to nature within their beautiful settings & grounds that you can enjoy. They have an organic, bio-dynamic garden & eco-friendly philosophy which blends spirituality & nature in harmony with all that is.
This is a shared venue, with other groups staying & enjoying their own courses. We will be having our own space amongst them to enjoy a beautiful Sacred Sound & Retreat to ‘Nurture Your Soul’ in Spring 2023.

The retreat will incorporate sound & vibrational resonance woven into Hatha Yoga, Mantra chanting, Walking Meditations on the land, Drumming Journey, Sacred Sound Journeying, Gong baths ~ bringing us into harmony with ourselves, balancing & aligning our Chakras & subtle energy body & clearing the Aura & energy field of anything we no longer need ~ helping to recharge your batteries & enjoy some precious self-care time out for you, far away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life.
You are welcome to join in as much or as little as you wish, it’s your time to simply be. It is a retreat ~ away from work, home & to take some contemplative quiet time for yourselves to reset & find balance & harmony. Because of that it is traditional to offer the golden opportunity of some time to experience some inner silence & explore a deeper sense of peace. You are invited to enjoy that silence after the evening meditation & into the morning meditation, hatha & within the walks in nature. These are precious moments to enjoy simply ‘being present’ in yourself & around others.
