Join Matt Huy and our own Dr Yogi Andrew McGonigle for a detailed exploration through each of the chapters of our new book, The Physiology of Yoga, with time to ask questions.
Appropriate for both yoga teachers and keen yoga practitioners, each session will include a presentation with the major points from that chapter followed by an open Q&A.

• Include practical “Try it Yourself” exercises
• Touch on the major conditions that affect that system
• Look at relevant research related to yoga
• Discuss the “Myth or Fact?” sidebars
• Provide time for Q&A

• 20 Oct: Reproductive system – Andrew
• 27 Oct: Digestive system – Matt
The course is accredited by Yoga Alliance (US) and Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) and counts as 12 hours of study.
