This is an opportunity to ask all your questions about the amazing new 200 hour Heart Of Living Yoga Teacher Training Course and to hear about what you will learn during your journey towards becoming a qualified heart yoga teacher. All the trainers will be on hand to talk to you and previous graduates will share their own experiences too.
On the course we'll be sharing all the yogic wisdom of our ancient tradition in a way that makes it accessible and highly beneficial for people of every kind in today's modern world. We teach you how to adapt and adjust all the yoga poses and practices for all abilities as well as how to dive deeply into your own yoga practice.
The course is shared over 3 weeks of immersive residential training, where you eat, sleep, breathe and live yoga - 2 weeks are in sunny Portugal and one week is in the beautiful countryside of Wiltshire in the UK. The residential deep dives are interspersed with 5 months of online learning and training which gives you time to really assimilate and practice what you have been learning.
