We will be diving deep into the stillness and peace of the heart to explore and experience our own truth.

The retreeat includes sharing early morning meditations, hatha yoga classes, kirtan chanting, satsang, puja, arathi and much more - as well as country walks, preparing and eating delicious meals together beside the roaring log fire and meeting old and new friends.

On the Sunday morning for Remembrance Day, there will be a special puja - a ceremony of remembrance and prayers for peace. At this ceremony there is also a possibility to receive sacred mantra Initiation and/or a spiritual name.

Per person costs are £150 for a sharing room or £175 for an ensuite twin room.
