In our modern lives, so much is asking for our attention. This special day retreat offers peaceful, practical and enjoyable ways of focusing on what really matters ... ways of listening to the heart.
Life events can bring a kind of noise into the nervous system, like static on the radio. We will share some practical ways to retune our lives … to help our awareness open to the inner stillness and the gentle messages life may have for us.
Finding this quiet inside, we may discover we also have more space to listen to others with kindness, compassion and patience. The day will include some beautiful exercises for listening inwardly and outwardly with an attentive heart.
If you would like to have a clearer sense of where your life is wanting to go and improve your relationships with others, this may be just the day retreat for you!
