Vishwam is a Heart Of Living Yoga Teacher & Teacher Trainer and a well-being therapist who loves sharing the gentle art of relaxation and the joy of being. He is honoured to support others in their journey of dropping deeper into life as he is been supported in his. Vishwam lives in Matlock, Derbyshire, where he gardens, explores, listens and is beginning to live a simple life of service.
